HTC One Unable to Create Contact

Looks like we have the same problem. Our company is in the process of purchasing new HTC One phones.
So far the two we have in on test both have the same issue where unable to create a contact on the phone via Traveler. When creating a new or updating a contact the only option is to save the contact on the Phone, SIM or Google account not Traveler. Please advise..
HTC is running Android 4.2.2, Domino server is 8.5.3 FP5 with Traveler 853 UP2 IF4
